New email not working message don't come up...

New email not working message don't come up...


So today I log onto email and you have replaced the old email with new. There is one problem it doesn't actually bring my inbox up. Little arrows just spin and spin. Anybody doing anything about it? Is there a work around?  Is there away to use the propertly tested , old working email app? ( Also I did get a laugh out this one of the boxes you can check when you post something is "email me when someone replies" of course I can't put in my working non comcast email id...)

 

 

This used to be my primary email.

Try clearing out your browser's cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out the browser and re-start it in a fresh session.

If that doesn't do it, then try using a different browser and see if you can duplicate the problem that way.
