New email configuration

The new email configuration appeared to work well, I did not attempt to customize anything, and suddenly my saved email folders disappeared. They were there an hour ago. Of course I can't get on to a Chat with service. Did this happen to anyone else? Feels like a shaky launch.

Are you saying only your local folders are gone, or that you can't see any folders at all?  If the former, click on the black arrowhead to the left of "My Folders" and see if they reappear.  If the latter, see if this sorts it out for you---------------------
