I can't acess deleted message folder in the new format. And where is the SEARCH button?

The search field is right on top of the folders pane to the left of the message list.  By "deleted message folder", do you mean the Trash folder, or the "Recover Deleted Items" feature?  If the latter, it is supposed to be coming, but we don't know when yet.

I'm sorry you are having problems with your email. Latoque is correct about the Search field. 

As far as your deleted folder, can you try a different browser and let me know if you are able to get into your deleted items (for example if you use IE then try Chrome, or vice-versa)
