New E-mails

New E-mails

New e-mails sent are not showing.  I have to log out, then I will see new e-mails.  However, it does not remain.  I have shut down and restared numerous times.  New e-mails are showing up on my phone, but not computer.  I hear the "beep" sound telling me I received a new e-mail, but when I look on the screen, nothing.  Please help.

Do you have your phone set up to leave copies of emails on tge Xfinity Connect server?

Are you using POP or IMAP Servers?

Which browser/ version do you use?  Which versiinZ?  Have you cleared your browser cache?  If not, do so.

Have you tried a different browser?

Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
