I am streaming ID channel now but I cannot get sound??? AnY HELP?

Hi Cathy!

 

Could you please post the setup you're using to stream the ID channel, such as the computer, OS, cables/connections to your TV and the browser you're using? I know it seems like a lot of extra information, but this will go a long way to try and help you solve the issue.

I am using a macbook air to first gen aple tv.  the tv is new vios smart tv.  Your app works about 40% of the time. very time cnsuming trying to figure out what is the probelm. I am running el capitan 10.11.2 on my mac.  Netflix is working HBO to go is working fine.

oh and using safari 9.0.2.  we have chromcast so I use this one.
