My sent messages are gone within Comcast website - not a third party

My sent messages are gone within Comcast website - not a third party

I am not using a third party to retrieve my messages etc....I have the settings to Save Copy in Sent Folder and NEVER checked to delete sent messages under the email settings, however NONE of my sent messages ever show up. Please help!

Your name in e-mails will be
When sending a message
Save Copy In Sent Folder I HAVE A CHECK MARK HERE!
Always compose in new window
Mandatory spell check before sending a message
Automatically save drafts while composing the message
Compose e-mails
As HTML (when possible)
As Text
When replying to an e-mail
When forwarding an email

This is one setting I have and here's another

The email deletion settings will remove old email from your Inbox, Draft, Sent and Trash folders automatically, based on how long the email has been in your inbox.

Select number of days after which old emails should be removed.

Inbox (unread)
Inbox (read)
Sent
Spam
Trash

So why is this happening. They will be there immediately after you send a message but within 24 hours they are all gone.

Do you have the Sent email box checked in Composing?

Looking at your first print screen.. You do not have 'Save copy in Sent Folde' checked.  Check it.

when I copied the screen it did NOT copy the check marks in the boxes. I DO HAVE CHECK MARKS ON Save copy to sent messages.
