My "Sent" message does not respond

My "Sent" message does not respond

Email that I send is received by the intended recipient but my computer does not reflect that fact in the "Sent" message folder so I have no way of knowing it has been received unless the intended recipient just happens to let me know.

 

Can you help me?

That's pretty much the nature of email.  If you use something other than webmail, like an email program, you can send a "read receipt" with your email, but not everyone is receptive to this and may decline the notice.  And the email in your Sent mail folder won't turn from bold to regular when the recipient reads the email.
