My Email messages sent from Comcast go to receivers spam folder

I am using MS Outlook to send an email, via a distribution list, to about 100 people.  I do this about 3 times a week.

I have been doing this for several years without problems.

In mid-November 2015 some of the recipients started finding the emails in their spam folder.

The recipients are using a wide variety of email systems:  aol, yahoo, hotmail, qwest, telus, etc.

These are non-technical folks who do not check their spam folder on a regular basis, so many of these messages have not been read.

Has something changed at Comcast that is causing this?

thanks,

Bill

Re: My Email messages sent from Comcast go to receivers spam folder

The most likely explanation is that something has changed at the recipient's end.  They need to conrtact their email provider and see if there is some blocking issue in place for the Comcast domain.
