My E-mail is not being delivered as I currently am only receiving the same 7 lines of E-Mail ,

I am not able to access new E-Mails as the same 7 exact lines of text is all that shows when I attempt to read my E-Mails from XFinity homepage!

Try clearing out your browser's cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out the browser and re-start it in a fresh session. If that doesn't do it, then try using a different browser.
