Moved to an area that does not have xfinity. After one month can't send to comcast users

I moved from a comcast area to a Spectrum area.  My email worked fine for a month, but now I can not send or receive to some users (appear to be comcast users), and email sent from me to me as a test is returned as undeliverable several hours later with this message.  I accepted Comcast's terms for continuation although the button does not seem to go away when I indicate "accept"

Hi, Unlikelyreader - Are you having this issue with all Comcast email addresses you have? Could you please send me a private message with your primary email address and examples of failed deliveries (to you and from you)? I will check the email logs to see if there are any issues.

 

I also checked your account, you did accept the terms and conditions for Email For Life program.
