I have two active Xfinity/Comcast billing accounts - they are not linked. I would like to move all the email accounts from billing account#1 (except the Primary) to billing account#2. Billing account#1 is 10 years old and I do not want to (a) lose any email and (2) maintain the billing account#1 email accounts since they are used for almost everything. Eventually, billing account#1 will be closed.
How do I go about doing this?

Did that before I even posted - they directed me back to the "normal" 1-800-266-2278 and said to select 2 and then 1 -- which is now circular. This should be a easy process but getting a hold of someone who (a) "understands what the issue is" and (b) "what the solution is" seems to be a problem as I'm just getting the run-around.
OK I'm going to escalate your post to the forum administrator level to see if you can get some traction that way.
Seems odd that the people on the end of the 2278 number want to direct you to the 4329 number and the guy I got yesterday at the 4329 number told me that they don't do this and I needed to call the 2278 number -- I would think that this could be done through the web using linked accounts, but I've read some horror stories about linked accounts so I've been hesitant to do this - and I'm not sure what I would gain from linking the two accounts.
