Modifing Users

on the User page it askes for user cell # but when i do place it it tells me can not verify I had this number for the last 20 yrs with sprint. any suggestions

Hi, Chiefcapece. I was able to find the following information that could be related:

 

Why can't I validate my mobile telephone number?

If you subscribe to a Voice Over IP (VOIP) service, you may get your calls forwarded to your mobile phone via a third party telephone number. In order to complete verification of your mobile telephone number, however, you need to ensure that you are using your mobile phone's assigned number, and not any number provided by a third party.

 

If this is the case, you may need to contact Sprint to find out your mobile phone's assigned number and not the forwarding number.
