Missing emails

Missing emails

I am missing emails from 4/11/14 to 1/13/15.  They appear on my Iphone but not on comcast emails.  It appears that the emails are only retained for 7 days.  I have gone through support and the CSA hot line but no one has been able to figure it out.  We have made sure all the settings are to "never" for deletion etc.  My husband's account is doing the same thing.

Ideas?

It sounds like the phone is downloading the messages from the server and then deleting them.  Do you have the phone set to leave copies on the server?  Because if you don't, the settings on the phone will override your preferences in Comcast.
