Missing email saved folders

Missing email saved folders

I am still trying to find out what happened to my self-created email folders on Feb 7th.  All email and all folders are gone.  Contacted Comcast and was reassured they would be returned as soon as a technical problem was solved.  It hasn't happened.  I had saved files that I need to access .  Comcast gave me a ticket number but so far  nothing.  I still have my address book and the standard inbox, sent etc. However, all past email is gone.  Feb 8th is the farthest back it goes.  Can anyone advise me who to contact?  Thank you

First, you should change your password and secret question right away.  What you are describing can be caused by some malware infection.  The only other thing I could suggest is that you call Comcast security and ask them to look at your account so see if they find anything.  You should also run a scan of your machine with your A/V software.
