Where was the Fooder located exactly? Created folders must be below all Comcast folders, otherwise it is subject to the Email Deletion Schedule.

Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?

It was one of the folders below Trash in the Mailboxes section to the left.
We use the standard Comcast email interface, no third party programs.
To the left of the Trash folder is there a small black arrowhead? If so, click on it and see if the folder reappears. You really don't wan't to place local folders as sub-folders of Trash if that is what you did.
No it is not a subfolder of trash. There are several folders that are still there, just the one missing, and "restore" in trash does not show it. In fact, restore only shows things from 12/27, nothing earlier.
The "Recover Deleted Items" feature only works on individual emails you deliberately deleted. It doesn't work for folders. If it really has been deleted, try calling Comcast security to see if they can recover it for you----------------------
