Mismarked Spam

Mismarked Spam

"Xfinity Connect" continuously marks a certain email address as spam. I have gone into the spam folder and checked the email address as "not spam", yet the address continues to be marked as spam. I have also placed the email address into my address book, but that hasn't solved the problem either.

 

How do I stop this email address from being marked as spam?

You need to keep marking it as not Spam.  It can take a long time for the filters to "learn" what is or isn't jumk mail.  Especially if other people are marking emails from that same sender as spam.   Also, Comcast does not scan your address book------there is no "white list" per se.   In the meantime, you can call Comcast security and ask if there is some issue with that particular domain--------------

Yes. grunt.com is the main issue, although, today a bunch of email addresses were marked as spam. Those addresses had never been marked as spam in the past. I've been having to go through the spam folder several times a day to recover emails that aren't spam. Very confusing.
