I had to reset my computer and reload Windows 10. Now I can't access e-mail via comast.net. I am able to sign in but when we click the E-Mail button it opens a new tab but it just hourglasses. We never get the Inbox to show up. Can still access e-mail utilizing Internet Explorer.

Try clearing out your cache and browsing history in Edge.
I'm going to escalate your post to the forum admininstrator level. I have Windows 10 on my laptop, and in Edge I'm not experiencing the issue that you are.
Hi jrslcack, I have refreshed emails on my side, can you please log back in and let me know if you see a difference? Also can you please log in with another @comcast email and let me know if you are experiencing the issue?
