Microsoft Edge

I had to reset my computer and reload Windows 10.  Now I can't access e-mail via comast.net.  I am able to sign in but when we click the E-Mail button it opens a new tab but it just hourglasses.  We never get the Inbox to show up.  Can still access e-mail utilizing Internet Explorer.

Hi jrslcack, I have refreshed emails on my side, can you please log back in and let me know if you see a difference? Also can you please log in with another @comcast email and let me know if you are experiencing the issue?

Try clearing out your cache and browsing history in Edge.

Cleared the cache / history, restarted the browser but still no luck.  Any other thoughts?  Thanks

I'm going to escalate your post to the forum admininstrator level.  I have Windows 10 on my laptop, and in Edge I'm not experiencing the issue that you are.

The issue appears to be resolved.  My wife was having the same issue with her Comcast account and it is now working also.  Thanks
