Mail Disabled Due to Invalid Credentials

Mail Disabled Due to Invalid Credentials

I keep getting the following message...

Your mail account xyz@comcast.net was disabled due to invalid credentials.

Please edit the account and enter correct credentials to enable it again

 

When I go to USERS, that address is no longer there.
How do I stop this?
