, I RECEIVED YOUR SERVICE ON 12/21/2014 , MY FIRST BILL RECEIVED 31.98 , ACTUALY IT SHOULD BE 29.99 , AFTER DISCUSSION WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE 1.99 $ WAVE IN MY SECOND BILL ,BUT DUE DATE OF FIRST BILL WAS 1/15/15 , I PAID THIS BILL ON 1/14/2015.
IN MY SECOND BILL YOUR COMNY CHARGE ME WRONG 44 $ AS CUSTOMER ASSISTAN. MY PLAN IS ONLY 29.99 HOW IT WILL CHARGE , SO PLESE CHECK MY BILL AND DO NEED FULL , AS I AM NOT ABLE TO PAY THIS BILL ,I AM ONLY USING INTERNET FOR MY SON , AS HE IS STUDING IN 9TH GRADE , I AM NOT ABLE TO PAY THIS WRONG AMOUNT

You need to call 1-800-comcast *Biling Dept.* concerning that.
