MESSAGES BEING DELETED

THE MESSAGES I RECEIVE i FILE IN THE APPROPRIATE FOLDER. HOWEVER WHEN I GO INTO THAT PARTICULAR FOLDER TO FIND AN OLD EMAIL , IT IS GONE.

I WANT MY EMAILS THAT I SEND AND RECEIVE TO STAY WITH MY ACCOUNT, I WAS NOT AWARE YOU DELETED THEM .

 

PLEASE HELP

Same or similar problem: messages in my inbox, sent and deleted folders have disappeared. They were there this morning, now they're gone. The "recover deleted items" feature did not contain any of the missing emails. When I went to my inbox on my smart phone, the inbox messages appeared for half a second and disappeared. Anybody know what's going on?

A similar problem:  Although I have chosen the "Never" option on when my e-mails can be deleted, I cannot find any       received e-mails prior to February 21, 2017.  Why are they being deleted or is there some special way to access the older ones?

Hi falmouth678 -- You can see if you're able to restore your email by using this link: https://www.xfinity.com/support/internet/recover-deleted-email/. If you're unable to restore it, can you send me your account information and email address you're using? I wasn't able to find an active account for you.
