Lost emails in my inbox

On Sunday 4/23/17 I opened my email and all of the messages that were in the inbox were gone. What happened, these were important emails. New emails from that time are showing up in the inbox.

Change your password to something stronger than whatever it is right now, and also change your secret question and answer. Suddenly vanishing emails is a common sign of a malware infection or a compromised account. Run a complete scan of your machine with your A/V software to see if it finds anything wrong.   Then call Comcast security and have them look at your account--------------------
