Little help here Comcast?

Little help here Comcast?

OK, this is now getting rediculous.  First off, Yeah I am getting emails now.  Here lies the new problem.  Almost every darn email is going into the Spam folder!!!!!

I have turned my Spam filter off and it still goes there!  I move the messages out of the Spam folder to my inbox and guess what.....It goes back to the Spam folder within a couple minutes!

Since it is going to the spam folder, I get no important emails to my phone.

Would you like to fix this sooner then later, PLEASE

bvretr69,

That does sound in credibly frustrating. I'm sorry you are going through that.

Based on some analysis on our end it appears that multiple devices are logging into your account. That's not unusual in itself, but I'm willing to wager that one of those is moving the mail into the spam folder, either accidently or by malicious design. I would recommend changing your password to break any connections to clients that you are unaware of, and check settings on any devices that you DO want accessing your account, (ie Cell Phone, Tablet, etc)

I hope this helps and stops your problem.

Re: Little help here Comcast?

Password was changed yesterday.  I will however check all my machines to make sure one of them is not the culprit.  I work in the IT field actually worked at Comcast up until about 15 years and I know a lot of the time it is User's error.  If I do find out it was on my end I will be the first to admit the error.

Thanks for the response.
