Legitimate emails going to Spam Folder

Legitimate emails going to Spam Folder

A couple weeks ago, emails from a legitimate sender - an address listed as one in my favorites group - started going directly to my Spam folder.  How do I fix this?

Re: Legitimate emails going to Spam Folder

Keep marking them as Not Spam when they get to the Spam folder.  False positives can happen in any spam filtering system.  You might also call Comcast security and see if they can help with this------------------------

Re: Legitimate emails going to Spam Folder

Unfortunately, Comcast Security was unable to help.  Tried two different reps, but only advice is "keep marking them Not Spam and eventually it should solve itself."
