Legit emails sent to spam folder

Legit emails sent to spam folder

Legitimate emails are being sent to SPAM folder. I mark them as not spam, but it is not learning.  I also turned off SPAM FILTERS but the specific emails continue to go into spam folder.  Why, and what can I do to change it?

I would call Comcast security and ask them what is going on with the incoming domains in question------------------------
