Keeping Comcast webmail and app in sync

Is there a way to keep both the Xfinity email mobile apps and the webmail client in sync? As in moving and deleting messages on one does the same for the other? It seems like it used to have this type of IMAP behavior but doesn't anymore.

Look in the settings for your device----------is the account set up as POP3 or IMAP?  Does it work OK if you use the native mail app that came on the device?

There are no settings I'm aware of as I'm using the Comcast app and webmail. Not a desktop client.

No other options here?     I can't imagine I'm the only one seeing this.
