Internet

My computer is constantly getting locked up and asked to refresh - when I am on my Internet Explorer.  I usually will get an xfinity.com is not responding or explorer is not responding.  Yesterday I called Xfinity  and Mohit sent refresh singles to the modem.  My husband's PC which is hard wired does not have these problems, just mine which is remote.  Is there something else I need to do?

This does not sound like a browser issue, but more of a wireless issue.  To determine, hardwire your device and see if the problem goes away.  If it does, the wireless signal isn't strong enough for your location.
