I cannot connect to my E-Mail with x-finnityaccount

On the Comcast homepage, scroll down to "Find my Username".  Click on the link and answer all questions.  A window will open showing you the Primary a Username for your Account, as well as any Secondary Usernames associated with your account.


If yiu don't know the password for your Primary, on the same homepage, click on "Reset my password".

Once yiu have both, sign in using the Username and password , then click on EMAIL TO GO TO YOUR EMAIL.

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
