I'm having the same issue retrieving emails from my inbox a month ago

I recall being able to continue to load email messages that weren't deleted from my inbox but now there is a set number of emails I can view?  Is this a new update from Comcast to control server space?  If so, that's fine, I just want to know how to retrieve legacy emails?

I'm not sure I follow--------are you saying you can only see so many emails on your screen?  Or do you mean you have emails being deleted or what?

Yes to your first question, I'm not able to view emails from my inbox from April or March. I didn't delete them so I can view as needed but I can't seem to get them to show.

First thing to check-------from the Inbox page, go to Preferences>>>>>>Email>>>>>>>>Email Deletion Schedules.  How are they set?  Does that account for the missing messages?
