I get a black screen when I open a PDF attachement from an email.

I get a black screen when I open a PDF attachement from an email.

On my laptop, when opening a PDF attachment in a Comcast email, all I get is a black screen.  On my cell I am able to open this file.  Why not on my laptop?

Does your laptop have either Adobe Reader or Foxit a Reader to open the PDF  file?

Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.

Do you have a default program associated with opening PDFs on your laptop?
