I can't check email https://web.mail.comcast.net/zimbra/mail?app=mail

Comcast updated "my Account"  I keep getting locked up and can't check email.  I think it may have to do with IE.  How do I check email. I've shut off/rebooted/  Also

IF I finally do ge tonline to respond to an email, I will then get an error in the reply, and acts like I have no internet, but I do.  How do I fix this?

Here is the lockout message https://web.mail.comcast.net/zimbra/mail?app=mail

That link just takes me to the Xfinity homepage, as it should.  Try using a different browser and see if it still happens.

I am in the same boat!  More than a bit angry!  Was on phone over 30 minutes with NO solution!  I tried Chrome, Firefox and Edge which I hate.  Can get email with Edge but like I said I do NOT like that browser.  After 20 years of Comcast...maybe time to move on to my only other option for internet.   I was here when it was 1st available in my area called @Home.
