I am not receiving some emails sent to my comcast email account

I am not receiving some emails sent to my comcast email account

I am receiving some emails and not other emails from a certain user in my comcast.net email account and wondering what the issue may be.

 

He and others have sent me new messages and some forwarded emails from his domain - timberlinechurch.org - with no problem.  Problem is that some emails being forwarded to me are not hitting my online mailbox.  They are not showing in the spam folder, trash folder or inbox and sender is not receiving any bounceback error message saying it could not be delivered.

 

I verified with him in person the email address to forward the email to when he most recently tried about an hour ago and it still has not come in.

 

Does the Comcast filters look at domains of the forwarded email or email string and could that be hitting a spam filter or blacklist?

 

Could size of an attachment (1M be a contributing factor with this?

 

Any help would be much appreciated.  thank You

Call Comcast security and see if there is some blocking issue with that sender's domain---------------------
