I am not receiving certain emails to my inbox on comcast.net

I am not receiving any emails from a certain company that I work with.  There are several emails from that company that I am not getting.  They seem to be blocked.  I would guess they are considered spam but they aren't.  I have turned off spam filter but that didn't work.  I have added all emails to my address book, but that didn't work.  I am out of ideas.  The emails all end in @paychex.com.

Can you give me some additional details, such as what type of messages?  Are they coming from Paychex, or maybe a third party?

Sure!  They are messages from a company called Paychex so all the emails end in ...@paychex.com.  I think they are getting stuck in spam as there are several emails from different employees and I am not receiving any of them.  Nor am I receiving them in my spam folder.  My guess is that comcast is identifying it as spam and stopping the emails.

I looked yesterday, and found some that were being flagged as spam.  They should now be okay.  If you think there might be more, please let me know.
