I accidentally placed an email in spam. Now I can't get emails from them. It was Southwest airline

Southwest keeps trying to send me emails.  They are not showing in my inbox.

Marking the one message as spam would not keep you from getting their messages.  That usually takes quite a few markings and some time.  Southwest Airlines has been a problem child as far as Comcast email goes.  Call Comcast security to see if they can help with this----------------------
