I'M NOT GETTING MY EMAILS...

I'M NOT GETTING MY EMAILS...

I am not reciving all emails sent to me... i am logging directly onto xfinity's website and there is nothing in the spam folder... also, in reading the other questions about this issue, there are images in the emails i am being sent as i am taking orders for banners to be made if that makes any difference in why i am not getting them.  Thanks!

Comcast is blocking emails because they have a SPAM problem - I think.  I wish they would just admit it.

Contact the Security Assurance Department about not receiving the emails.

Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.

WM76: Do you have multiple devices checking your email?  I'm showing plenty of messages being delivered to your inbox.  As for the images, I would think that's a browser setting.

What happens when you try?  Are you getting as far as the Inbox page?
