I CANNOT SEND OR RECEIVE E-MAILS

I cannot open my E-Mails, I cannot send e-Mails, and this has happened since Comcast introduced the non=working E-Mail system.  This is creating a dire hardship for me because I work at home and am dependent on sending and receiving E-Mails.  PLEASE COMCAST, IF IT AIN'T BROKE DON'T FIX IT.  PLEASE LEAVE THE E-MAIL WEBSITE ALONE AND PLEASE FIX IT PDQ!

Try clearing out your browser's cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out the browser and re-start it in a fresh session. If that doesn't do it, then try using a different browser.
