How to stop Infinity from classifying emails as SPAM

Recently the Xfinity filters have started classifying a group email as SPAM.  I have been receiving this email from the same sender for many years.  The group has about 100 members.  There is a large newsletter attachment.  I have had to go on the Xfinity site and tell it the message is not spam.  Will it ever learn?  Or is there a setting somewhere?

You can call Comcast security and see if they can help with this---------------
