How to add and delete names from groups within address book
Assuming you are in the new email format, try to drag and drop a contact from the list to the group folder. To delete a contact from the group, open the group folder and check the box next to the name to select it. Then click on the "hamburger" icon in the toolbar, and click on "Remove from group".
