How do I uuse a Group address

I created a group in my address book but now I don't know how to use it.  I can't find it when I try to create a message.

Just start typing the name of the group in the "To:" field and it should show up in a drop down list.  Or you could click on the "To:" button, and then locate it in the address book that way and send it.

Thanks, but no joy !!  I tried both ways and nothing worked.  When I clicked on the "To" button my address book shows up and the group is listed as a group but I could not get my e-mail to acknowledge it.  I went ahead and listed all the group names and the e-mail was sent.

Try having the address book re-synced. You need to send an email to helpme@sv.comcast.com In the subject line put "Need Slow Sync of Address Book". In the body of the message describe the problem, and make sure you include the email address with the problem. It can take up to 24 hours for the re-sync to work.

The address book is actually supplied by a company called Plaxo. There are separate copies in the Full and Lite versions of Xfinity Connect, and they are supposed to be synced with each other. Once in a while they can get out of sync and it will cause these kinds of problems.
