How do I know if I am on the new or old email format

How can I tell if I am on the old or new email format?  I was told that I could change the font of my email using two different solutions depending on which format I had.

Thank your for clearing up that issue.  Now, do you know when everybody will be on the new email format?

There is no set date for when everyone gets the new format.  Originally it was  supposed to be "early in 2017".  I have no idea what percentage of customers have been migrated at this point.

Don't be in a rush to be put on the new system. Just read the threads to know just how horrible it is. Even if you never really use the webmail interface (you use software like Thunderbird or similar), you will be disappointed. It sounds like Comcast is now handling the mail servers themselves instead of Zimbra. They are slow (several hours ot receive mail is not unusual), and unreliable, often going dead for hours at a time.

Thank you for the heads up.  I do not need any more aggravation with my computer.  New email protocol would drive me crazy.
