How can I access secondary mailboxes?

When I sign into xfinity.com I enter user name and password and get directed to the primary account mailbox. But I have four secondary mailboxes, too. How do I access these other mailboxes?

Re: How can I access secondary mailboxes?

You would log in with the secondary username and the associated password

So now this "new and improved" email system makes me log into each account one at a time vs logging into the main account and being able to see them all??  Not cool

I agree new system does not meet consumer needs.

The original intent of the secondary accounts was to provide email addresses and accounts for different people in the same household.  Each must have it's own password and user ID.  It has always been that way and did not change with the new format.  They are neither designed nor intended to be used as sub-folders of the primary account.  If you just want to use them for yourself, you can add the secondary as an external account under "Add mail account" and it will keep you signed into it all the time.
