How Do I Delete Thousands of Emails

How Do I Delete Thousands of Emails

Another "feature" of the new email system is that my finally rejuvenated secondary addresses are now filled with every email they have ever received.  Many thousands. Yiu know, the emails that Comcast says can never be recovered after deletion from Trash.  Zombie mail.

How do I delete them all at once?  Or at least how do I delete them more than 50 at a time?  By delete I mean empty the Trash section en mass.

Thanks.

Re: How Do I Delete Thousands of Emails

Right click on the Trash folder or click on the "hamburger" menu to the right of it, then click on "Empty Trash".

Re: How Do I Delete Thousands of Emails

Thanks for the easy solution.  Cleaned out my Trash.

Now dealing with over a decade of deleted& trashed emails that re-appeared in all my secondary accounts (i.e. wife's emails).

But emptying out a thousand at a time in Trash has made this easier.
