Help Help

I called Comcast because they installed new cable for the house and never connected the new cables to the house. When I call them they told me that everything is done.

escalated this I'm sorry to see that you have been left in the dark about what is going on. 

While this is technically not the correct forum for this issue, I have escalated it internally to the group that should be able to help you.

You should be receiving some communication from them shortly.
