Hello, Guest

When I'm logged into my email account, in the upper right corner, it always has "Hello, Guest" rather than my name. Why?

Re: Hello, Guest

This is an onging issue.  There is nothing wrong with your account.  Comcast has been working on it for a long time and can't seem to figure out the bug.

Re: Hello, Guest

Thanks for the quick reply. Smiley Happy

It's been ongoing for so long, I was afraid the problem was on my end. It appears to be something easily fixed.

After all, when you're on their log-in page and you sign in, the message changes from "Guest" to personal name immediately.

But when you click on the email link from that page, it doesn't convert over to the email account.

Strange.
