Grouping of emails

Someone help. All of my emails are grouping for each conversation(just recently started). Instead of seeing each email I only see the most recent. This causes issues for me when I need to find something. Previously I could see all

If you mean you want to disable the Conversation feature, if you are still in the old email format, from the Inbox page click on "View" in the toolbar.  You'll see it there.  In the new format, on the Inbox page above the message list, click on "Sort by".  Conversation is the last choice in the drop-down.

Thanks. I was on Exfinity chat for 45 minutes and it took you 2 minutes to correct my issues. Thanks I really appreciate it

You're welcome.  Keep in mind that when you open a chat session, you might be dealing with someone who does not use the Comcast email themselves.  Given the size and breadth of services offered by Comcast, it's not really surprizing if you think about it.
