GoDaddy website loads with all ISPs except Comcast

Three days ago I launched a new website using GoDaddy as the domain and web host. The website loads perfectly when using my phone's 3G connection and on other internet connections my friends have tried. But when anyone using Comcast WiFi or ethernet connection tries to load my site, it fails to load / times out. GoDaddy service rep had me run a traceroute, which I'll paste below. They said it's a Comcast problem. The Comcast reps I contacted earlier today don't know what to do with this (wanted to send a tech out to check my wiring). Since this problem is happening on all Comcast connections tested, it's not just me. 

 

Does anyone have any advice on where to go to get this problem resolved? My website is drcatherineeckel.com

I can't reach the site either. A trace from my location in Central PA looks similar to yours, and suggests that Comcast is blocking the site's IP (23.229.210.130). They sometimes do this in cases of gross abuse. GoDaddy IPs typically host more than one customer, and the misbehavior causing the block may lie with one of them.

 

Blocking is managed by Comcast's Security Assurance group. Give them a call at 1-888-565-4329 (from http://constantguard.comcast.net/help/report-abuse/). Note that this is NOT one of the general customer service numbers. The first-line reps there are sometimes not very helpful. If so, be persistent, and keep at them until you get a satisfactory answer.

Thank you Bruce for your reply. I called that number and was transferred to a Comcast employee who at least understood what I was saying. He opened up an investigation into the issue. That was two days ago. Still waiting to see what will come of this investigation. Really appreciate you sharing that phone number!
