Getting hundreds of emails confirming website sign ups etc

Around 12:30 today I started getting hundreds of emails confirming blog and various website sign ups.. Can you help?

Hi,

 

Please mark any unwanted messages as spam. Please be careful to look for any purchase emails in your inbox. Through past experiences, we have noticed that this is a sign of someone attempting to cover up something fraudulent. If you need help filtering through your emails, let me know and I can have someone reach out to you.
