When I am browsing or just starting,when I try to go to another web page my computer just freezes and I get a window saying that {xfinity is not responding} and it takes forever to load, anyone else have this problem?

As in trying to go to another web page that is not Comcast related?
If so, then it's sounds like a problem with your browser.  Try another browser.

Try clearing your browser cache.
