Four Chances to get my email address right for billing..

New Poster

Four Chances to get my email address right for billing..

I have talked to customer service FOUR times now and requested my contacty email address to be changed. I never check my comcast email address! I have enough email addresses already.

I give comcast my personal email addres I want to use for communications.

Each time the rep says: "I understand. I promise I will get it changed this time."

Then the bill goes to my comcast email address and I never see it (because I don't check comcast email).

At this point I want a bet with the next rep: if you don't change it I get a month free!

Does comcast monitor this forum?

Can anyone suggest who I should call?

Aggravated, and ready to cancel...................

Queen-Evie created a very helpful FAQ just for this issue and it can be found here:  http://forums.xfinity.com/t5/Billing/How-to-View-Pay-your-bill-Online-and-or-Secure-your-Account/m-p...

Since you have many email addresses, this should be able to help you.

If you don't check your Comcast email it's a good idea to forward it to an address you do check. Once in a long while they send out stuff that's actually important. You can set up forwarding by logging in to https://customer.xfinity.com/Secure/UserSettings/ with your Primary Comcast user ID.
