Folder won't open in email

Folder won't open in email

Have one folder in my archieved email that all of the sudden I can not open anymore.  When I click on the folder I get an error message -- a network service error has occured.  It asks me do I want to send an error report or show details.  If I click show details it states:

method:[unknown}

msg:     system failure: java.lang.StackOverFlowError

code:    service.FAILURE

detail:    soap:Receiver

trace:     qtp.........

Does anyone know what this means?  I could access this folder at one time today, then the next minut I couldn't.  I can still access all of my other folders.

Re: Folder won't open in email

I haven't seen this before.  Try this--------right-click on the folder and select the option to rename it.  Once you have done that, see if the error still happens.

Re: Folder won't open in email

I can't get any folders to show in Chrome - but they all show in Firefox.  Try a different browser.

Just to add----------make sure you are using the latest version of Chrome.  I'm running v57.0.2987.133 (64-bit)
