FIVE MONTHS NO EMAIL

I have called Comcast for FIVE months tryin to get access to my email. 

Five months they admitted it was their system, yet fixed NOTHING.

Every tech that came to the house stated the problem was theirs, and they would get back to me in a couple days with a fix, NEVER HAPPENED.

Every ON-LINE tech admitted the same, after countless gruelling hours spent...apparently wasting my time.

Five months later, they finally fixed it, but LOST ALL MY EMAILS!!!!

Now they are telling me "Tough luck, We don't charge for Email, so we owe you nothing.

They admit they lost all my emails, and tell me "Tough Luck"????

 

SOLUTION???   Lawsuit....they r too powerful....BUT Small CLaims court requires NO Lawyers, and can be handled locally. Beat them at their own game Folks.   

COMCAST doesn't give a damm, and they admit it.

Just a bunch of office thugs, hiding behind low wage answering services, behind automated response.

Their techs that come to the house are decent guys that i have seen, but they know the system is BROKE.
